Title:
What Catullus might say to someone 'not so loved'
Answer:
Te pedicabo et irrumabo

Hints:
1. There are two parts to the insult
2. One insult involves the rear-end
3. One insult involves the mouth

Equivalents:
1. Te pedicabo irrumaboque
2. Te pedicabo et te irrumabo
3. Te pedicabo irrumaboque te

Explanation:
Catullus says this in a poem in which he attacks two men - Fabullus and Aurelius - for badly recieving his poems. Catullus was ever the dirty one. It litterally means 'I will butt-rape you and force you to pleasure me orally' (Irrumo is a Latin swear-word for which we have no one-word translation. An 'irrumator' was someone who forced another to give them oral sex)
