Hello ! I'm french and I can't find any equivalent in my language... or at least any similar equivalent. Can you help me to understand why english people think that "After a stressful situation" and "before getting a beer" ? Is this humour ? I can't understand ^^ Thank you ! Valentin (from Paris !)

I hope I got the right meaning. The person who's saying this hopes to find somewhere he/she can grap a beer, right?
Instead of "It has to be five o clock somewhere", in Korean we say "어디 문 연 가게가 있어야 할텐데"
