Naiwanan mo ba utak mo sa bahay? = Wo ist deinen Verstand ?
Gago ka ba = Du Trottel
Instead of "Nasira na ba ang ulo mo?", in we say "Hat du den Verstand verloren ?"

Instead of "Nasira na ba ang ulo mo?", in Swedish we say "Är du helt från vettet?"
