Details: I am a Bachelor of Laws graduate from Manuel Luis Quezon University, Philippines in October of 1993. I started my Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science in 1984 and managed to finish the same in April of 1988. My stay with the Lending and Financing Company (FWCC) and Employment Agency (RPF Business Management & Consultancy) as my previous employers exposed me to the works of Paralegal and Liason Officer before some government agencies and/or offices. My present employment with TIDCORP-PhilEXIM broadens my knowledge in legal research and in preparation of some legal documents . I am tasked in researche of laws, jurisprudence and legal authorities on issues affecting cases by or against the Corporation and on legal opinions/comments being prepared by the Office; Assists the Corporate Attorneys in the drafting of complaints and other pleadings, contracts, legal opinions or contracts, legal opinions and comments; Assists the Sheriff or Process Server in the proper service of summons, orders, notices and other processes of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies; Coordinates with other departments regarding the status of accounts referred for legal action and as may be necessary in connection with the preparation of contracts, legal opinions and comments; and Assists in the execution and implementation of favorable legal judgments and decisions. |
