WORK HISTORY

MARCH, 2002 to PRESENT: School Registration/Attendance Technician, Mission View Elementary School. Responsibilities include: Maintainance of student records and attendance accounting, using the Sonora computer program, preparation of by-yearly attendance accounting reports, English to Spanish oral interpretation of school related matters, receptionist and other related office duties.

FEBRUARY, 2000 – PRESENT: Voluntary Church Secretary, Translator/Interpreter, Hispanic Seventh Day Adventist Reform Church. Responsibilities include: English to Spanish and Spanish to English written translation of church-related documents using Microsoft Word computer program, Spanish to English oral interpretation during church services, various office duties.

NOVEMBER, 1999 – JANUARY, 2000: Bilingual Teacher’s Aid/History Tutor, Monterey High School. Responsibilities included: Bilingual (English/Spanish) supervision of students in Math and English during class, grading of tests, and individual History tutoring for a special-needs student.
