Details: My name is Mauro Giardini, I am an Italian language teacher. I'm planning to move to S. Petersburg and looking for a job as an Italian language teacher. I have visited Russian Federation, as well as the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine for about one and an half months in the last three years and I’m fascinated by their culture. I’m extremely keen to begin new work experience. Education May 2002: Degree in Languages and foreign literatures from Università degli Studi di Milano, Milan. I studied at Universidade Clássica and Universidade Nova during the academic years 1997-’98 and 2000-’01, as part of the European Community program Socrates/Erasmus. Foreign language skills English: good. Spanish: good. Portuguese: proficient. Russian: intermediate. Work experiences • Lisbon, 1999-2001: I gave Italian language lessons (one-to-one, small groups up to 4 people) at Intercultural Associacion Fala-Só. • Milan, 2003-2004: I worked for Rotek srl, a consulting company responsible for drafting and translating documents (contracts, standards, general procedures, guidelines, etc.) for Saipem (Eni’s Group) in liaison with Saipem’s engineers and other consultants . • Milan, 2005 –2006: I did Italian language work-shops with foreign children ( aged from six to twelve) in some primary schools. • Milan, 2006: Italian language teacher at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design – European Institute of Design),. • Milan, 2006: I’m working as a teacher for some companies. I am currently teaching at Thales Italy in Gorgonzola (Milan). |
