Details: I'm looking for a job in Oslo Norway as I will move for personal reasons, seeking to improve my norwegian too. Work experience: 2003 - Today at the Hilton Hotel Athens-Greece The two first years as Reservations Agens and for the past 2 years as the Reservations Supervisor.My responsibilities during this two year period, is to support the Business Development deparment in maximising revenue, supervise the day to day operation of the Reservations department ,assessing team member’s erformance. Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of guests and customers by optimal service in line with established brand standards. Support the Yield Manager in maintaining the accuracy of all revenue data in respective systems and assist in the preparation of the daily reporting process. Good product knowledge provides the capability to identify training needs within the department and educate the team accordingly.Coach and counsel the team to up sell on every given opportunity.
