EXPERIENCE * September 2006 - 30 August 2008 Visco Joint Stock (Distribution 3M, Philips, Bosch, JVD…) (Stationery, Projector, Security & Communication, Polycom) Admin cum Sales Assistant Main tasks: 1) Sales Admin - Performing the whole selling documentation procedure (telemarketing, offering quotation, compiling contract, arrange delivery and warranty service as well). - Maintaining and updating all information to Sales Manager (new projects, potential customers ...) - Sending quotation to customers and negotiate with customers to get fixed prices. - Arranging appointments, documents (C/O; minutes of meetings (recording and translation); documents (technical specifications, legal, advertising); correspondence. - Translating all related documents and papers, including marketing material and brochures. - Oral translating between English and Vietnamese in the formal meeting and communicate with foreign partners. 4) Human Resource - Assisting in the recruitment and selection process including advertising, short listing, interview. - Following up and updating recruitment database system. 5) Administrative tasks: - Answering telephone calls and transfering to appropriate extension number. - Welcome guests. - Updating newest price for quotation and preparing catalogues, leaflet and sample base on requirement of sales. - Maitaining and updating the records for telephone numbers, telephone extension, email address, etc. - Managing and maintaining documents, Contracts, forms well and logically (ISO). - Arranging and booking all travel plans including itineraries, flights, tickets, transportation, hotels for Sales Manager. - Performing general clerical duties such as switchboard, faxing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, corresponding, filing, projector, etc.) * September 2006 to Current International English Communication School (IEC) English Teacher Teaching Program: - Teaching English (TOEIC/ General English/ English for Kids/ Streamline, etc.) - Teaching English for Young and Adult Learners: Speaking and Listening skills (A crash course in English) Main tasks: - Having good overview of teaching method (TESOL) - Having good knowledge of theory of language teaching and learning;
