my year’s BA modern apprenticeship course and am able to work in a balanced administrative/customer
service style both ‘leading by example’ and using empowerment where appropriate.

and performance.

During my time with Robert Half I worked within the Motor Trade as a Service Advisor
for a well established vehicle manufacturer. Dealing with customers and clients on a
daily basis, face to face, via email and telephone. This included a vast amount of
technical knowledge and complaint handling. This was my last placement before moving
to live with father in Germany.

March 2007 – February 2008- Repair W Care- Office Administrator – Essex

General Background

This was a varied and intense role. I ran the office by myself and was responsible for
routing and scheduling 4 upholsters working across the south of England. I liaised with
large companies such as Land Of Leather and Furniture Village on a daily basis. It was
commercially mandatory that all my duties were carried out to a tight schedule and in a
professional manner. I achieved significant advances for the business in both company and
service promotion.

orders and facilitated prompt delivery. I also managed install and repair resource
allocation for gas tank systems implementing daily runs for 2 geographical areas.

schedule. For large amounts of time I undertook sole responsibility for the administration
role within the nursery and presented a highly adaptable profile as a team member being
involved in day to day operations throughout the business.
