Details: I am herewith offering my services as a full-time or part-time Spanish and/or French teacher with your Academy/Company. As my CV shows, I’ve been teaching the Spanish as a second language for the last eight years. Before coming to Japan, I worked for two years at the French School of Manila (Philippines) as a Spanish and FLE (Français Langue Etrangere) or French as a Foreign Language teacher both in the primary and secondary levels. Before that I also worked as Assistant Teacher for the French public school system at the (several schools all over the country and overseas) for both primary and high schools as well as part-time Spanish teacher at the Instituto Cervantes in Bordeaux, France. My professional experience up to the present has allowed me to work with successful educators, use an extensive variety of pedagogical methods and materials, and work according to the principles of the European Chart for Foreign Languages, which is now being applied in European educational systems all around the world as well as in the professional milieu. Regarding my qualifications, I have a Master’s Degree in the Teaching of French as a Foreign Language (or FLE) from the University of Bordeaux, which included a year’s training at ASsociation pour les Travailleurs Immigrants. ASTI is a non-governmental organization which facilitates integration of migrant students of different origins and paths through the teaching of French, aiding them to find gainful employment. In this organization, I was in charge of formulating new testing and evaluation procedures, all of which were then successfully applied. I arrived in Tokyo with my husband in September of this year, and since then have spent my time learning the Japanese language and culture. My Dependent Spouse visa allows me to gain professional employment (up to 28 hours per week). Of course I would be interested in a personal working visa sponsored by your Academy/Company if that would be at all possible. Thank you very much for your time and attention.
