Details: I am a 25-year old university degree holder and I graduated with a First Class Degree in Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biochemistry, in Universiti Malaya (UM) in May 2007 with a C.G.P.A. of 3.77 (out of 4.00). I have prior experience in sales (FMCG), handling and managing key accounts in Procter & Gamble (P&G). My responsibilities include producing business and budget plans for key accounts while working hand-in-hand with the marketing team to generate the most feasible business strategies. My current job with Ernst & Young (E&Y) as a business consultant has exposed me to several different industries. I have done project management for a Government-Linked Company and was involved in communication strategy planning and human capital development. My other projects include creating an intervention and failure resolution framework and manual for a government organisation and also implementation of a regional core banking system for a bank to drive operational improvement. As a business advisor, I am also skilled in doing research and had contributed to the write-up of the nation’s Biotechnology Country Report. My communication and public relations skills are excellent and I am very conscientious about meeting deadlines and completing tasks unsupervised. If given the opportunity to accomplish an assignment, I can develop a plan that will meet the needs and timeframe of the project. |
