Details: 6 Years experience in accounting. Last position is Chief accountant at SA Vietnam Co.,Ltd from 2008~2011 Experience : • Manage and take responsibility for all accounting activities. • Set up Accounting Sytem in FAST software for company. • Supervise and manage accounting staffs : issuing invoice, using software and recording data follow Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS). • Support and advise staff making visa, temporary residential card, work permit, insurance for foreigner employee. • Directly handle cost counting, cash in bank, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flow, and cost analysis report. • Verify tax reports of VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT (Foreign contractor tax), and other matters relating if any in compliant with VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards), Vietnamese laws and regulations. • Process VAT refund twice per year. • Deal with Tax Department and related governmental authorities. • Control and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc. • Prepare Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget of the company • Maintain other accounts and perform other duties as required or as assigned from BOD EDUCATION: Dec 2011 : Gratduate from Economics University (Bachelor Degree, Auditing-Accounting) Dec 2004 : Graduated from College of Foreign Economic Relations (Bachelor Degree, Trading Accounting) SKILL SET SUMMARY: • Enthusiastic, responsible, honest, optimistic, teamplayer. • Able to work hard under high pressure, excellent problem solving skill. • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. • Fluent English (Lisening, speaking and writing), advanced MS Microsoft Office. |
