Details: Hello, my name is Vivi Pitou, I’m 29 years old and I live in Greece. My native language is Greek, I have a Proficiency degree in English. As for my experience in translating, the last 4 years, I used to teach the English language and simultaneously translate many types of documents (Physics, literature, articles and business). Unfortunately I keep on translating only. I studied Department of Business Administration at TEI of Larisa and I have also a Certification degree on the use of Microsoft Office programs. I don't have any references and the reason is that I always work on my own and my clients are private citizens and they don't have any connection with translation companies. It's my first time trying to work for a company and I would like to inform you that I work hard and I never stop until my job is done. I’m really cooperative and I believe that quality is the most important part in a translation. So if you want something a lot, you do your best for it and I love my job. I would be glad to work with you. Language Pair: English (US) & (UK) Rates per word: 0.08$ Rates per hour: 5.00$ Minimum Rate: 10.00$ Daily Output: 2500 words Hardware & Software equipment: PC, Windows XP 2000, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, SDL TRADOS. Generally about me: First of all, I love what I'm doing, I love my job. In our days it's really difficult to spend your day by doing whatever you like most and certainly get paid from that. I love teaching too and that's the reason why I taught and translated for 4 years simultaneously. Unfortunately, because of the economic crisis in Greece, every day more and more Greek children quit English courses... My clients in translation are private citizens and I don't have any references as they don't have any connection with translation companies or something like that. I keep translating for them but I would also like to work full-time for a company just like yours. I'm working hard and the most important part in my job is quality. I'm really cooperative as I already mentioned in my CV. I would be really glad if you gave me the chance to work for your company. I’m looking forward to hear from you. |
