Internet-proxy configuration for users with different speed/traffic limit. Anti-virus and any other software employment with GPO. Backup and restore of weekly/daily, full and increment backups with Norton Backup Exec. Good knowledge of users' software, like MS Office, Adobe Reader, the Windows itself, etc... Remote administration of users' computers: VNC, LiteManager, RAdmin, Dameware Mini Remote Control. Good knowledge of computers hardware, can disassemble and reassemble computers, find the failure of hardware and replace failed parts. |
