January 2003 to Present SUPERVISOR, Call Center Operations Oversees operations of the Customer Care section of Call Center Department. Monitors group and individual productivity, conducts periodic performance appraisals, does constant coaching, motivating and feedbacking, facilitate group discussions through team meetings, provides reorientation for new promos and products, handles escalated complex calls of Customer Care Specialists particularly complaints, does inter-departmental coordination and escalation. Prepares and implements Schedule, prepares and submits weekly, monthly performance reports. Monitors and responds to customer’s queries, requests and complaints received through the Customer Care E-mail. Represents the Call Center Team in inter-departmental committees such as Alignment Committee, and Network Quality Assurance. These committees ensure alignment of processes across all Customer Care groups by reviewing and streamlining processes. |
