Details: Education BA in Chienese Literature Working Experiences January 2003 to Present: Have been working as Customer Service Administrator for Disco Hi Tec Singapore Pte Ltd. Have been responsible for a translation and an interpretation job for the technical document, the meeting and correspondence with the headquarter in Japan. Have been providing the customers with support for new technical specifications and requirements. January 2001 to December 2002: Have worked as ATE Sales Account Manager for Advantest Singapore Pte.Ltd. Have been responsible to provide pre and post sales service for ATE products for Japanese customers in Singapore and South East Asian region. As a Japanese speaking staff, have helped local staff@to communicate with Advantest corporation head quarter in Japan. March 1998 to 2000: Worked as an interpreter and a translator for Hitachi Nippon Steel Semiconductor Singapore Pte.Ltd In 1998 and 1999, worked in the clean room to support Japanese production line trainers to conduct the operation training for the local operators and prepare the training material and the technical documents in Production Department. In December 1999, was transferred to Process Technology Department to support the local and Japanese engineers. Have been involved in the meeting on semiconductor technical matters and equipment issue to perform interpreting for local and Japanese staff. As a translator, have translated various technical reports sent from Japan and equipment manuals provided by equipment manufacturers to pass important technical information to local staff.
