I moved from Taiwan to the United States in 2009, I had spent a few years in Texas but still couldn't get rid of my native accent in English. Now it is even worse that people who listen to my speaking think I am from Korea. lol, I hope I can find a few practice partners here not only to correct my phonics but also to expand my vocabulary, slang ,and many other American cultures.
