I live in a community with multi-language persons and I am unable to communicate with Spanish speaking persons, even though they can speak with me, I am excluded from joining a Spanish conversation.
I want to learn to be sociable and to help anyone trying to speak English that does not have the ability to communicate their thoughts in English from Spanish.
