I’ve been wanting to be fluent in Spanish for a while now. I’m a black American and I took Spanish in high school. I can say a lot of things but I have a hard time understanding native speakers because they talk fast and have an accent. I noticed that speaking to more Spanish speakers though helps is the best way of learning for myself.

I'm 22, recent college graduate from UCLA. I studied computer science and will be working as software engineer. I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and exercising. I want to learn mandarin because I think it's cool and useful. I'm also visiting Tokyo in May and would like to learn some Japanese and maybe meet up.

I visited Japan couple of times before and hope to visit there again. I guess Japan is a safe country to travel alone. I am thinking to learn some Japanese so that it will be easy for me to travel there. I live in California USA for 10+ years and can communicate in English too.
