To be a successful teacher and to achieve the goal of helping students learn, my teaching strategy and approach are as follows:
?I consider that preparation is the most important ways to provide high quality teaching. My preparation is not only knowing the subject matter I am talking about but also ordering the class in a logical and consistent manner.
?I realize individual instruction is important to improve students' self esteem and positive feelings about the course and the material presented. We should treat each student as an individual and have one-on-one interactions with them to know their needs, expectations, and career goals.
