Teaching approach:	Most of my programs are student-cente red. I guide the students to speak the language. After a lesson we meet again through week and try to make conversation for the tropics we covered. The students usually find this effective. I also use comprehensive input therefore the student learn very fast without the need of translating the words into their own language
