This job itself will let me help students learn English while they have fun at the same time. I want to teach in setting because I believe that some students do not really care much to learn, and I want to change that. I want them to care enough so that they will want to learn. I want them to care and enjoy learning Portuguese and English because I believe that it will be beneficial for them later on in their lives. Something I believe strongly in is that not only do the students learn, but the teacher also.
Learni ng Portuguese or English can be hard, but I believe that if you persevere and try your best, you can do it. I want my students to feel the same way, and the best way to touch and change as many students’ lives as possible is through this company. This job will allow me to meet as many students as I can and help make a difference their lives. That is something that I want to strive for, and looking foward to new challenges within different nationalities and culture. |

Method of teaching depends largely on the skill level and experience of the student. For advanced students I often turn lessons into discussion of business or political issues. For university students the discussions often center on social issues. For children a total physical response methodology is generally employed. |
