My Greek vocabulary is limited to the menu at Marathon Souvlaki. My two other friends and myslef would be interested in learning greek because we are planning to visit Greece for three weeks in June. I suppose we would only need enough to get around... We would be prepared to dedicate perhaps 2-3 hours a week. A teacher who is personable and who has a sense of humor would be preferred.

Hi there!
I am a nineteen year old psychology student @ Ottawa U who is planning to go volunteer for a few months next summer in Haiti. I am searching for someone who can help me learn a little bit of Créole.
I would be living beginning of may. I am a complete beginner in créole. Presently I speak french and english fluently, basic portuguese and I am also studying spanish (Will be in Dominican Republic 6 weeks before crossing over to Haiti.)
Wh at I especially want is to be able to communicate with people...as I will be working with little kids and sick people, to be able to recomfort and encourage them.
