I studied Chinese for four months and lived in Taiwan for one year. My level of Chinese would be intermediate I believe. I just want to continue learning Chinese and improve my language ability. I want to learn Chinese because I think it will soon be a very important language to know in the future.

I am a beginner with very limited exposure to Mandarin. I am interested in learning for both business purposes and to challenge myself. I work full time so I would only be interested in evening/weeke nd instruction. I am willing to take the advice of the instructor in terms of hours per week spent on instruction. I am interested in meeting with friendly and encouraging instructors who have experience teaching newcomers to the Mandarin language.

Hi I am a beginner in chinese. I would like to find a tutor that will help me learn to speak chinese mandarin, and taiwanese. I want to learn chinese because I have many friends that are chinese, and many people that are close to me. I am willing to take as much time as it takes to learn the language and I feel confident in my abilities to speak to others freely. I need a teacher that will be very patient with me and is very nice. Thank you.
