My Japanese language is at a beginner level. I have applied to teach english in Japan starting August 1st, 2006. I would like to become more fluent in Japanese because I will be living and working with other Japanese people.
My spanish is at a beginner-inte rmediate level. I have taken two university courses but I would like to improve my conversation skills.

- I have taken 9 years of French through public school, however I have never spoke it or had to use it.
- I am learning French for career advancement
- I am wanting to focus mainly on conversation, however grammer also requires work.
- At this time I would like to meet for a half our a week. I will be going on a long-term french course through work within the next couple years, however I would like to get a head and begin work on it immediately.
- the qualities I am looking for in a teacher is for someone to push me and to boost my confidence. At this time I want the lessons to guide me as to what I can work on to improve and to monitor my progress and provide advice.

I am interested to learn French as a beginner and then to the next level after it for socialization s and career advancement. I want it on weekends probably 1-3 hours per lesson. I am looking forward to a teacher who is very friendly,smil es a lot and who is well arranged and planned for the lessons and activities.
