I have a strong desire to learn to speak Bahasa Malayu becauase I lived in Kuala Lumpur for 7 years, and only learned a small amount, some phrases and greetings, etc. I want to learn for more career opportunities , as eventually I would like to become an interpreter. I hope to go back to Malaysia soon and I would love to be able to speak more of the language. I would need help in all aspects, grammar, conversation, etc. Due to the fact that I am a stay at home mother, I regret that I cannot dedicate a large amount of time to learn, but I would be prepared to commit to anywhere from 3-7 hours a week. Its not much, but it is a start. In a teacher, I would hope to have someone that is patient and really knows and loves what they're teaching. Someone who has a passion for what they're doing, and tries to make it a rewarding experience for the student.

I am at about a level 2 in Spanish. I am learning Spanish because whenever we go on vacation we travel to the Spanish countries and I love learning this language. I have a Spanish workbook and I would like the teacher to go over it with me and teach it to me. I need improvement in conversation and of course that includes grammar, tenses etc. Qualities in a teacher are the ability to teach well on a one on one basis. I speak French also so I do get confused alot eg: por and para etc. I would like to have 2 hour lessons twice a week.

For years, I've held a fascination with languages. Some, I am working on picking up on my own as they are easier to understand with my knowledge of French and English, but some others I wish to learn (such as Arabic, Greek, and Japanese) will be much harder to learn due to completely different structures. Arabic is my current focal point, as I wish to go to Lebanon in a few years, and would like to have some proficiency with the language long before the trip is ever prepared.
I work with many Lebanese people, and I love the sound of the language, and am quite intrigued by it. Although I'd prefer to learn Lebanese Arabic, any other similar dialect would be okay for me as well. So hopefully I can find a teacher here...

I am of beginner level. I know a few sentences and random words. I just spent 2 weeks in India, and have been extrememly interested in the language for a number of years. I am interested in learning how to speak and write (using the English alphabet).
I have a very busy schedule (working full time as well as getting my bachelor degree), so I am looking for a teacher who has flexible hours and is willing to work around my schedule.

I am going to be traveling the world durring the next many years and I am interested in learning a variety of languages. I would like to learn Spanish first in order to be able to communicate with my german/spanis h speeking aunt.
