I am at about a level 2 in Spanish. I am learning Spanish because whenever we go on vacation we travel to the Spanish countries and I love learning this language. I have a Spanish workbook and I would like the teacher to go over it with me and teach it to me. I need improvement in conversation and of course that includes grammar, tenses etc. Qualities in a teacher are the ability to teach well on a one on one basis. I speak French also so I do get confused alot eg: por and para etc. I would like to have 2 hour lessons twice a week.

For years, I've held a fascination with languages. Some, I am working on picking up on my own as they are easier to understand with my knowledge of French and English, but some others I wish to learn (such as Arabic, Greek, and Japanese) will be much harder to learn due to completely different structures. Arabic is my current focal point, as I wish to go to Lebanon in a few years, and would like to have some proficiency with the language long before the trip is ever prepared.
I work with many Lebanese people, and I love the sound of the language, and am quite intrigued by it. Although I'd prefer to learn Lebanese Arabic, any other similar dialect would be okay for me as well. So hopefully I can find a teacher here...

I am of beginner level. I know a few sentences and random words. I just spent 2 weeks in India, and have been extrememly interested in the language for a number of years. I am interested in learning how to speak and write (using the English alphabet).
I have a very busy schedule (working full time as well as getting my bachelor degree), so I am looking for a teacher who has flexible hours and is willing to work around my schedule.

I am going to be traveling the world durring the next many years and I am interested in learning a variety of languages. I would like to learn Spanish first in order to be able to communicate with my german/spanis h speeking aunt. i am a beginner in korean, i had a lot of exposure to the language (music, movies, drama) but not any knowledge of it. i would like to learn it because my goal is to teach overseas in korean and would like to be able to speak it fluently. i would like a teacher that is korean, perferably from korean (lived there) so that we can relate ( not necessary) is patient and willing to make learning korean enjoyable.
