Hi,
I am looking to learn the Italian and French language, I am wanting to be taught in my home. I am fluent in English. I understand some of the Italian language threw my mother but I need to the the proper Italian not slang. I am also interested in learning French, as I will one day need a second language and French like Italian is such a beautiful language. I am learning German as an introduction to German studies at university next year. I am currently a beginner and have just learned a little bit online. I would say every aspect of the language would need improvement. I will be able to do one or two lessons a week, I would say 2 - 4 hours / week, plus studying at home.
I am looking for a teacher who is kind and above all patient and helpful. I would also like somewhat of a structured lesson plan opposed to just being taught a bunch of random things.

I am essentially interested in learning German for various reasons. First, for personal interest. I have a relative who was Swiss-German and I want to keep that heritage alive. Second, I want to explore many avenues to expand my career. Finally, the language itself fascinates me.
My proficiency of that one of a beginner. I am using self-teaching books and CD's and I am exposed to the language through a friend who is fluent in German.
I would like to work mainly on grammar and conversation. I am ready to spend at least four hours or more a week on learning the language.
The qualities I am working in a teacher are those which will allow me to feel comfortable in order to learn a brand new language.
