Hello,
I am looking to learning arabic for many reasons. My husband is arab and I want to be able to communicate to him in arabic. It is also an important asset for the career that I want in the future. I am a beginner. I can dedicate 3 hours a week to learning. I work late, until 6:30 and so would need flexible hours. I have an interest in learning Hindi. I am an absolute beginner as I only know a few words in Hindi. Personally, my boyfriend is from India and I wish to be able to learn Hindi and practice speaking it with him.
It is my dream to go to India and even though I may experience some initial shyness being a beginner, I would like to practice Hindi with people in India. I also have sponsored a nine year old boy named Peter who lives in the Bhopal area through World Vision and as he speaks Hindi..it would be nice for me to be able to communicate in his language. I work best in a one on one situation but will not mind being in a small group. I like to be able to have some grammar to work with but I like to focus on oral work...being able to have a grasp of basic conversation in Hindi.
