I recently went to Florence to study Italian for two weeks, it was originally intended to be for fun, and a cost effective way of staying there for two weeks. I am very interested in learning Italian, because I intend on moving to Florence when I finish my schooling. Im a beginner in the sense to make sure I understand everything, but have had much practice with the language, though not in depth, a good understanding of pronounciatio n and verbs. A couple hours a week would be sufficient. I want to improve all areas to become fluent and be able to speak Italian in everyday conversation.

I'm learning for social interactions. I am looking for a steady pace course but can learn up to speed. I need progress in the fundamentals of the Cantonese language structure and basic overall vocabulary. I have taken French courses in high school which have given me the basics. I'm looking to learn more grammar for spoken French, I know words, but can't put them together properly to form a sentence.
My boyfriend is from Quebec and his family speaks minimal to no English, so I would like to be able to communicate more with them as well as him, so I can practice more. I have been to Quebec once and found if very difficult, I thought knowing words would be okay but it was much more difficult than I thought.
I would like weekly sessions of 2 hours, I'm not sure how many weeks, I believe that's where I would look for some feedback from the instructor.
