I am learning because I am a Canadian born Chinese, I have been going to mandarin class since grade 1, but I'm looking for something more effective in learning the language now. I feel like I need to improve with my speaking and writing skills. the classes I took before lasted 3 hours, so I want to take as much time as I need to learn effectively. I would like a teacher that is patient, but that can keep me on track, as well as a teacher that knows what I, as a student need.

I am interested in learning how to speak a foreign language. I have always been fascinated by individuals who speak many languages. I would love to learn an oriental language, as well as a middle eastern language. I believe that would look good on a resume.
My level would be beginners, but I feel like I am a fast learner and I enjoy challenges.
I am willing to dedicate as much time as needed to learn a new language. Reviewing the material learned every day is essential to learning a language, and i understand that.
I am not picky on my teacher, as long as I am able to learn the language of my choice.
