Hello, I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic from a suitably qualified teacher. I have family and friends in Luxor and find myself feeling utterly ashamed that I cannot converse with them in thier own language.
I am also going over next year to tach English, so I will need to be capable at holding a convveration to support the learning of future students.

I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic, as I am considering a move there in the near future. Even if the move is not permanent I may well be spending a few months there. I have been to Egypt twice, and was frustrated that I could not speak the language.
Si nce my return to England I have tried to do a few cd courses, but have not got on very well.
I am hoping that having personal interaction with a tutor would help, then I can check if I am pronouncing words properly, and go over things again if I am feeling lost!
