Hi, My name is Tony. I am a native Mandarin speaker from Taiwan and I have been in Canada for over 8 years. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin, and is interested in learning a third language in Japanese for both self-interest and career development purposes. I am looking forward to start learning some Dutch because I got a job in the part of Belgium that speaks Dutch. My job will be in scientific resarch at the University of Antwerp. I am an absolute beginner for what regards Duth language. I am planning to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to learn Dutch. I definitely prefer in person class (on-to-one or class with several students) to better intercat with the teaher and make sure to be on track and make progress.
