I would have to state that I am a beginner learner as I haven't taken any Japanese before but have started to try using some books and tapes. Because I am a kinetic learner I learn best when taught being able to hear someone speak it and see how they make the sounds with their mouth and then with advice on how to correct the way I am sounding. I want to learn how to speak Japanese so it can become an asset for me to use in a Japanese Exchange application that is done in the spring. I also just have a basic interest in the Japanese culture and would love to learn more. I am currently learning Spanish as a University requirement, I have currently finished 201 as well as 202 (the beginners requirements) .
