Hello,
It is my goal to improve my Japanese. I am at a beginner's level; still struggling with kanji and trying to pack on as much vocabulary as I can. I do need guidance at this point.
I was brought up in Morocco hence the choice in the native language selection but I do speak French and English fluently as well.

I am near to a beginner in ASL - I've had a few classes. I like languages and taught Language Arts and have long been interested in learning ASL. I recently lost all hearing in one ear and that's heightened my interest in ASL even more.
I'd be interested in a once a week lesson - with others would be fine but a private lesson would be better. I'm willing to meet you somewhere - I live pretty far out in the suburbs.
I know responding to this notice costs you money but please do know I'm seriously interested.

I know only a few words or phrases in Russian that I learned from my travels, and using a CD based course. I also learned a few things from a friend who is from Ukraine.
I want to learn to speak Russian enough that I can understand the basics of what a person is saying, and I can communicate on a basic level. I travel to Eastern Europe for business about 2 times per year. I travel originally for business, but I have found I really like the region, culture, and I am considering buying a flat somewhere and spending 3 or 4 months a year there.
I can dedicate 10 hours per week to my studies. I am very serious about learing the language much better so I do not need to rely on other friends to help me while I am traveling.
I am looking for a teacher that is patient for a person like myself who does not have a flair for a foreign language. But I have been told I have a good accent!
