I studied abroad in Morocco in the fall and would like to continue learning Moroccan Arabic. I lived with a host family, so I used the language a lot. I also studied it with a teacher there. I learned most of the grammar, but my vocabulary knowledge is weak. I would like to practice conversing and learning new vocabulary.
Spending 4 hours or so a week would be ideal. My teacher should have a strong knowledge of English, be patient, and have a flexible schedule.

Hello,
My level of proficiency is beginner although I know very few words but I am learning more of them daily. My girlfriend and her parents are from Odessa, Ukraine which is why I want to learn more of this beautiful language. I have visited her in Odessa and it would be so much better if I could establish a basic knowledge of the Russian language. I would like to dedicate as much time as possible. Maybe individual afternoon classes twice a week for 3 hours each visit. I am looking for a teacher who has a background in instruction of the Russian language.

Our family lived in Germany for over three years. We would like to build upon what we learned with our young children. We have a decent vocabulary, but our understanding of grammar is really lacking!

I'm a beginner in Portuguese... I want to learn and eventually become fluent in Portuguese because it's a beautiful language and I feel that everyone should at least be bi-lingual. I also hope to learn Brazilian-sty le portuguese because I'm planning a trip to Rio next summer.

No proficiency in Mandarin. My husband and I are adopting a 5 year old boy from China (Rui Lei). He speaks no English--we speak no Chinese. We would like him to continue to speak to language as well as learn ours. We need to learn Chinese.
W e would like to learn how to speak mostly, but also how to read and write. We would like our son to continue in his character studies and be proficient in Chinese grammar; pin yin and characters.
