I am a 55 year old woman who has lived in The Netherlands and Belgium for over 20 years. I speak Dutch fluently and have a Dutch passport. I have studied the French language in school in Belgium and have on occasion needed to use it.
I am interested in being comfortable with speaking French. I get rather nervous when I try. My largest problem is understanding what is being said. My husband travels a lot and I have the time to put into studies. I would say that I am still at beginners stage. I would a structured class twice a week.
