I am at a beginner level of Japanese, but since I am preparing to go to Japan to work at the end of this year, I find I need improvement in all areas. I took lessons a while back, but currently do self-study and realize that is not enough to be able to get to Japan with a good conversationa l base.
Conv ersation would take priority over written, but some written practice and kanji instruction would be extremely welcome.

I am interested in learning the Arabic Language. I am currently in Iraq learning what I can and will be back in MN around April of 2007. I hope to learn the Modern Standard Arabic and then work on some dialects. I would consider myself at the beginner level right now. I want to learn the language because I find it interesting and I want to have more career options.
I will only be a part time student and am very flexible on meeting times as long as the instructor is patient with my schedule as well.
I am looking for a patient instructor who can teach me Modern Standard Arabic and about the cultures and religions of the Middle East.
