Hello,
I can speak minimal Thai and want to become conversationa l. If possible I would also like to read and write Thai script.
I have been to Thailand several times, love the culture, and am seriously contemplating retirement there.
I can devote 1-2 evenings a week (and/or a weekend day) for lessons. I am motivated to practice and have the availability of native Thai speakers with which to converse.
I want a teacher to teach me pure Thai, not esan or northern or southern dialects.

I am a beginner, in fact I known nothing about the language at all. I want to learn this language because I am married to a Pakistani man and I feel before we have kids I need to be able to speak it.
I work and go to school, so I want to spend one day a week with a tutor and I can study on my own the rest of the week. I'd like a teacher who will be patient and will try different teaching techniques to find which one I do the best with. I'd also like to know more about the culture, recipes and anything else they'd like to share.
