I am a student. I have just returned from Ethiopia on a missions trip and I plan to return on a long term assignment. I would like to learn the language so that I may communicate with the people of Ethiopia. I am a beginner. I only know a few words in Amharic. I studied a little Russian in college, but my skills need some brushing up. I probably would fall somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Grammar and vocabulary are probably where I need the most help. I am hoping to move to Russia within the next few months for a job, so the sooner the better. My free-time and wallet will only allow for a few lessons a week, but I am a very dedicated student. The only really important quality I am looking for in an instructor is patience.
