I am a 25 year old woman who would liek to be able to speak some basic Vietnamese because of the area I live in, and because I will be in Vietnam for 2 weeks for a friend's wedding in October. I hope to begin lessons as soon as Mid-April, and wrap up the basics in June. If the lessons are affordable, I would love to continue year round.

I have studied Russian in High School and College. I need a refresher of grammar and practice in conversation for career advancement. I am willing to devote 12-15 hours per week to study, perhaps meeting once a week for an hour or two. I am looking for a very intense and focused teacher, who provides materials and pushes vocabulary acquisition and conversation skills as the basis of the teaching plan. Since I know essential Russian grammar, we don't need to waste time painstakingly going through the basics -- the case structures, the verb structure, etc. I just need serious conversations practice and vocabulary work.

I am looking for an instructor to teach my 10-year old son german. He is a beginner, but both his father and I are fluent in german, which is why he would like to learn it as well. We are flexible on the lesson plan -- for the summer an intense submersion course could be considered, or a class or personal sessions meeting 1-2 times per week could also work. I am looking for a teacher that will make learning fun and utilize a child's natural learning ability through song or daily activities rather than straight paper and pencil worksheet-typ e learning.

I am a beginner and looking to learn Farsi. I live with an Iranian. Particularily I want to learn conversation. I can devote plenty of hours per week to learn. Due to the difficult of the Farsi language, I would prefer a in-person teacher.
