I have been studying Russian since 1997 when I lived in St. Petersburg and I want to make an concerted effort to improve my speaking ability.
My proficiency level would be beginner
I need improvement in all areas
Would like to dedicate 1 hr/wk with a tutor either in Chicago or in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago for an extended period of time.

I am a beginner and would like to learn Spanish for many reasons. I have always wanted to learn a second language and I have many friends who speak the language and I would like to be able to communicate with them. I have taken 2 years of Spanish in high school but that was over 12 years ago and have not used it since. I have a busy schedule with work but I will find the time to learn and study. I would like to be able to speak Spanish fluently by the end of the year. I would be able to dedicate 2-3 hours a week for lessons. I am looking for a a teacher who is able to teach at night and on the weekends.

I am trying to learn Russian, I am at the beginner level, I am learning for career advancement and personal interesest. I need help in all areas, as I previously stated I am a beginner.
