I'm a beginner in Spanish, though I know very few essential words. Since Spanish is one of the most well-spoken languages after English, learning it will help me in diversifying my career. Also, the language is a very sweet and phonetic one as far as I know. That is one more reason for me to learn the language. The areas which I need particular learning are conversation skills and grammatical structure of the language. I'm working in Tampa temporarily in Pricewaterhou seCoopers LLP and I'll be here for 6-7 months. I can generally dedicate considerable amount of time for learning Spanish in the weekends. Also, hopefully I'll be able to dedicate couple of hours in the evening on weekdays. My teacher should be able to able take personal care in my learning Spanish. Also, the lessons should be arranged so that I can learn the language in a grammatical and scientific way. Additionally, I want my teacher to help me specially in my Spanish conversation ability.

I am a beginner at the Russian language, I know only a few words here and there, but no enought to get me by in a clnversation. i want to learn this language to be able to converse with people for when i visit Lithuania. I know some people over there and am very serious about learning and perhaps staying for a while, so I would like to learn the culture aspect as well as the language.
I would like to deticate time daily, just as a regular school class, to be submersed into it, otherwise what's the point if you make it a regular thing.
as far as qualities..i have no idea, maybe someone who is native russia or there abouts and believes in helping students for their passions, not for their money.
