I am a 'beginner'; I do not speak a word of Croatian.
I want to learn Croatian, so that I am able to join the Croatian Military sometime in the near future, (ideally in 2006).
Ideally, I would like to be fluent by the summer of 2006. I am willing to dedicate as much time/effort as it takes to accomplish this task.
I'm looking for a serious teacher who is fluent in the language; preferably a Croatian. Although I prefer that you have prior teaching experience, this is not necessary. As long as you are serious about teaching me the language, you are an ideal candidate.
Normally, I would opt for the less expensive option (i.e. classes), but I am in somewhat of a hurry to learn the language within a years time, and, unfortunately , every class that I have researched takes at least two years to make students fluent.

I am a beginner, I just started working at a Japanese restaurant two weeks ago and I would like to learn how to speak some Japanese. So I can learn to pronounce the words correctly and learn how to say some short necessary sentences to begin with.
I would like to devote between 3 and 5 hours a week to learn. In an instructor I am looking for someone who is patient, knowledgeable , and someone who may have learning tricks, for instance how I can learn to roll my R's something I still do not do well (at all even)

i am a beginner in romanian but i want to learn it simple because my husband is romanian and says he would not be a good teacher soo i want some one that is willing to teach me.. also i want to learn because i am unable to communicate with people when i go to visit romania .. especially my in -laws... i need improvement in all areas and i a wilin to take as much time needed to learn... i would like a teacher that obviously know english very well and is able to explain the translations as well... a native of the country is defently a plus. but if not i would rather haev someone that is able to speak the language as if they are a native of the country.
