I'm a beginner, from ground level. I have no basic knowledge of French. I want to learn French to advance myself in the field of linguistics. I speak Russian as well and feel a particular pull to French, French was spoken in the Nobility in Old Russia. I would like to learn grammar usage and proper conversationa l French for everyday use. I am ready to devote a good deal of time to studying French. Desire that lessons be exciting and knowledgable. Expect the Teacher to be pleasant, but strict and easy to talk to.

I have never studied Mandarin but desire to learn the language for my own personal development and also for business reasons. I would like to study intensely and will take the lessons seriously. I do speak French (not fleuntly) and have studied Russian and Swahili in the past. I took french when I was in high school, but haven't used it since. I have always wanted to learn to speak fluently, and want to live in France someday, though I want to speak the language well before I go there.
