I will be marrying a Romanian in about 1.5 years, and it is very important to me to learn basic Romanian by that time in order to be able to communicate with his family. I want to be able to understand the language and have basic conversations . I know a few words but nothing more.
I would like to dedicate a 2-5 hours a week in total (lessons and practice).

I know enough Cantonese to get by in Hong Kong. However I cannot understand the Cantonese sermons very well at Ottawa Chinese Alliance Church. I learned the Cantonese I know now by cds and self-learning , but don't know how to read and write Chinese characters.

I have been studying Hindi and Sanskrit for more than one year, in order to aid in understanding the scriptures I am reading. I am a yoga teacher and it would help to understand what I am teaching in its original language. I can read and write in both languages, yet on an elementary level.
I am also married to a Bengali man and would love to have conversations with him and his family in their native tongue.
I can follow conversation well, yet when speaking I become nervous and stumble to find words. Conversation would be the area in which I would like to advance in, as well as, grammar. I would love to learn to speak like a native.
The hours I am dedicated to learning are between 2-8 hours a week.
I am seeking a teacher who is patient, yet firm in their teaching method.
