My name is Emily Roy, and I am a full time Registered Veterinary Technician.
I graduated college two and a half years ago, and while I am settling into my new career- it opens the opportunity to learn a new skill. I have always been interested in Spanish- however throughout the only opportunity available (high school) I was a music major and my choices in classes were restricted. Now that I have the chance to learn- and at a rate at which I can be most successful in, I would like to try and pick up a second language. I do not plan to live in another country- however I would like to be able to be fluent in Spanish for vacation and for veterinary outreach programs. It is a beautiful launch age and extremely common.
I look forward to meeting you- I can travel distances- however the further I travel the less I can pay. I'm sure you understand. I learn best in person, however a computer could be an option so long as I can hear and visualize the material. I am looking for one session a week.

I want to learn Spanish to travel, to read literature and history, and possibly to find work. I have an intermediate level of Spanish with a good base in grammar, but need to practice all listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. I have no gift for languages, but I can work hard and have learned French, German, and Italian ... and also forgotten much of my German and nearly all of my Italian. I hope to get them back though. I would like to have classes or study several hours per week, though how much will depend in part on the price. Teachers need simply to be organized and interesting.

I'm learning because I travel alot in Latin America and eventually plan to move there.
I do know some basics and can get by with some Spanish, but I would say I can speak and have proper conversations , pretty sure
I need to start from the beginning.
If possible depending on my work I would like to do 2 or 3 classes a week.
What I'm looking for in a teacher is a well structured course.
