After having past DELF A1 I will spend a month (probably April 2014) in Montreal. I will meet friends in the evenings to practise french and study hard for A2 during the day.
I am looking for a teacher who knows how to prepare a student efficiently for the A2 exam. Since I am used to tutor (math and physics) I know how important motivation is. So I expect my teacher to be able to create an inspiering and productive atmosphere during the lessons. Besides experience in teaching french is very helpful for knowing typical mistakes students do.

I want to learn Tagalog because my girlfriend is Filipino. We are serious in our relationship and I want to know how to talk to her friends, family and one day our children. It's very important to me but I am at the beginner level. I need to be taught everything, words, phrases and more or less how to understand the language. We are going to the Philippines next April so I have roughly 1 year to learn as much as possible. I'm looking for a teacher (male or female) who has patience and likes teaching. I'm serious and very dedicated to learning this language and so far I haven't been able to find a school/privat e tutor.

Hi,
My name is Alexa and I would like to learn how to speak Tagalog.
I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and my parents are both Filipino although, growing up, they have always spoken to me in English. Growing up in Montreal, I was able to go to French school from Elementary school all throughout High school. I am now a flight attendant and having the culture of knowing different languages is beneficial. Soon, my company will be flying out directly to Manila and I would like to learn Tagalog. I most often tell people that I speak broken Taglish. I would like to be able to solidify my Tagalog and be able to have full on conversations . I do understand Tagalog.
