I want to learn Norwegian because I plan on moving to Norway by August next year. I'm intending on moving there with my girlfriend, and I need to get along with her friends, not to mention I dislike the idea of not understanding people in their home country if I'm living there.
Cur rently, I'm very close to starting off (beginner), I've done a couple of study sessions on the language to the point of understanding some very basic written sentences based on words I already recognise. However, I still can't keep up with dialogue, and I really struggle to read or understand the tone of a conversation.
I work a full-time job, so I don't have too much time to dedicate, but I'm willing to have lessons at least once or twice per week as necessary, or once per month spread out over 9 months.
I' m searching for a native speaker. I've noticed and heard a lot of complaints made about people who don't currently speak the language and just teach it. I'm a relaxed person but very motivated. I don't mind a more intense form of teaching, and I'd like to have study materials to use on my own leisure time.

I want to learn Portuguese language because it will help me to communicate with the other people. My level is beginner. I'm looking for improvements of all the aspects (reading, writing, listening, speaking). I'm planning to dedicate 2h per week. For the speaking and writing practice, I'm interested in the following areas: physics, math, space, history. I'm looking for a teacher who can use these subjects in lessons (ideally, but it is not mandatory). Also, the initial communication will be in English, so fluent level is required from the teacher.

I have some limited proficiency in European Portuguese from online courses and autodidact learning
I speak Italian fluently and Greek
My best experiences of language learning have been in London through structured grammar and teacher-led conversation

Bee ing a citizen of Lisbon, Portugal, I am fluent in portuguese, english and spanish, and can keep a conversation in french and understand most of italian languages speech.
I am mostly interested in learning Arabic (any variant) but also Farsi, Urdu/Hindi Russian and Greek. I am quite used to the sound of greek language since i have greek cousins, but never and the chance of learning since they live in greece an me in portugal.
I would also love to learn Krioulo from Cabo Verde.
Ope n for any language exchanges, in fact, theese are mostly preferences.
