I am a 22 year old male, I know very little Japanese and I can maybe put together a simple sentence or two. I am wanting to learn Japanese just to know a 2nd language, not hoping to become fluent just able to hold a conversation in Japanese. There are two of us that would like to learn Tibetan in Singapore. We both learn languages quickly, and all we need is a two or three week introduction to the Tibetan language and alphabet. We would also like this to be done by a native speaker, so that we can be exposed to the language.

I'm a beginner who is moving to China in August to teach English. I wish to learn basic conversation Chinese as well as learn enough characters to read the menu and understand most signs. Since I am leaving Japan soon, I am looking to meet two or three times a week. I would like to limit the amount of English in the classroom, using as much Chinese as possible.

I am an American man living in Yokohama. I will be posted to Manila for one year from Sept. 1st this year. I want to learn some Tagalog here in Tokyo/Yokoham a before I go.
I have visited Philippines many times, but my level of Tagalog is beginner. I want to focus on conversation and grammar for everyday social interactions. The best days for me are tuesday, friday and weekends. I am thinking that one 90 minute or two hour lesson per week would be good.
